Policy Information
Placing your Order: Orders may be placed
by phone, fax or mail using a credit card, approved company
purchase order, check or money order. Credit cards accepted
include Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Terms: Terms are Net 25 days for approved
accounts using a Purchase Order. A service charge of 1-1/2%
per month is applied to past due accounts.
Sales Tax: If you have tax exempt status, a copy of
the exemption certificate should be faxed/mailed to Sunlight
Sewing, Inc.
Shipping your Order: Most orders are shipped within 48
hours. Orders paid by personal check are shipped subject to
clearance of check. Orders are shipped by UPS (Ground), Overnight,
2nd Day, 3rd Day and Saturday Delivery services are also available
- please call for availability and prices. For international
shipments (outside the continental United States) contact
us for a shipping price quote.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations: All returns or exchanges
must have prior authorization. Please call for a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items
must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt and
must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Returns and exchanges not resulting from our error may be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges unless a result of our error. Embroidered
items are not returnable unless for warranty claim. Embroidery
orders cannot be canceled once item has been embroidered.
Returned items must be insured for full value and shipped
with UPS.
Shipping Damage: Sunlight Sewing is not responsible for
goods damaged in transit. The shipping company is responsible
for delivery of packages/ contents to you in good condition.
Please inspect all packages upon receipt for signs of damage.
If damage is visible, refuse to accept delivery until the
damage is noted on the delivery receipt. Immediately unpackage
and inspect for further damage. If "concealed damage" is discovered
once shipper has left, promptly contact the shipping company
(within 48 hours) and file a claim. Claims must be filed with
the shipping company within 48 hours to receive compensation.
Sample Check-out: Samples can be "checked-out" for evaluation
with an approved company purchase order or credit card. Accounts
will be charged if items are not returned in new, unused condition
within 25 days. Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges. All returned sample items must be insured for full
value and shipped via UPS.
Attention; all Manufacture's Rep's
and Dealers, we design and oversee the production of all our
products. We provide you product information with the intent
of resale with your company. Under no circumstance should
you or your affiliates reproduce our products with the intent
to sell or distribute without the written permission from
Sunlight Sewing, Inc.
Quantity Price Breaks: Price savings are available for
quantity orders. Please see price sheet for details. For large
volume orders, call for quote
Pricing/Product Specifications/Quotes: Sunlight Sewing,
Inc. reserves the right to make pricing adjustments, design
changes, product improvements, etc. where market changes make
such demands. If price changes are significant, you will always
be notified before shipment. Special price quotes are effective
for 60 days. Sunlight Sewing, Inc. reserves the right to correct
typographical and/or pricing errors in this website or catalogs.
Our Guarantee: Sunlight Sewing products are guaranteed
to be free of manufacturer and material defects for the lifetime
of the product. Should an item be defective, Sunlight Sewing,
Inc. has the option to repair or replace it. Should a warranty
claim become necessary, please call immediately for a Return
Authorization Number and shipping instructions. When you purchase
a Sunlight Sewing product you can be confident that you have
invested in a product crafted with the highest quality materials
and workmanship.
